• Provide clients with objective advice
• Declare any conflicts of interest
• Agree on fees that are fair and reasonable

Provide a written agreement

Provide a written agreement to sign before any work is started which sets out the services to be provided and the fees to be charged.


Step 4

Advise when an application has been lodged

Provide a written confirmation.


Step 5

Provide on-going timely updates

Provide on-going timely updates leading to a decision by Immigration NZ.


Step 6

Celebrate the success of a favourable decision.
